John Halloran, CEO and Director. John has a successful track record building and managing high performing sales teams in Talent Management. Prior to WWC, John was the Director of Sales for Workscape, a Talent Management software provider. In that position John drove record sales of $35 million and reduced turnover of staff in the region by 85%. Prior to that turned around the Western Region for an outsourced Employee Benefits provider by driving $18 million in revenue and bringing the region from last to third company wide. John has an MBA from UC Irvine.
Terry Lillie, Chief Technology Officer and Director. As Chief Technology Officer for Wireless Security Corporation the company was acquired by McAfee, Inc. in 2005. The product acquired is now part of the McAfee security product family. As Vice President of Engineering for FX Development, a provider of software applications for foreign exchange currency trading for international financial institutions FX was acquired by Dow Jones. This technology became the Telerate financial trading platform, ultimately used in over 200 financial institutions globally. Mr. Lillie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley.
Al Wright, Chief Products Officer and Director. Al Wright has developed and delivered global compensation systems for over 12 years for companies such as IBM, Nokia, General Motors, and Sun Microsystems. Most recently as Director of Client Solutions for Workscape, Mr. Wright built a compensation systems practice leading the transformational projects from some of the world’s largest employers in performance based compensation. Prior to that, Mr. Wright served as Vice President of Implementation Services at Noah Software where he played a key role in the acquisition of Noah by Workscape.
Eliot Terborgh, Chief Financial Officer. Eliot is an entrepreneur with 30 years’ experience as CEO/Founder of an international telecom company. More recently, he was CFO and Board Member of Wireless Security Corporation and a part-time instructor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Eliot has a degree in economics from Colby College and a MBA degree from Stanford University. He is also a CPA in California.
